This is a rather incomplete set of photos showing my recent chairmaking adventure using using some logs acquired many years ago. Most of them had degraded and some rotted due to poor storage, but I managed to work around the weaknesses and pull together a completely improvised, no power tool at all, chair. This will need a bit of unpacking, but basically this was an experiment in a) starting with raw logs, and b) not using any power tools on the construction, and c) making a corded seat.
It was good, and I learnt a number of things which I will write about very soon.
